We use this data to create and operate your account, generate and send invoices on your behalf, process subscription billing, provide customer support, and improve and secure the service.
We do not sell your data or your clients' data to third parties.
We share data only with service providers necessary to run Biflus:
These providers are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.
We don't store full card details. Payment information is handled directly by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. See Stripe's own privacy policy for how they process payment data.
We retain your account and invoice data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with accounting and legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 8).
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at ziad7ussein@gmail.com or use the "Export my data" option in Settings.
You can request account deletion from Settings. This permanently removes your invoices, client data, and account information, except where we're legally required to retain financial records for a defined period.
We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, so we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.
Biflus is not intended for use by anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this policy as the service evolves. We'll notify you of significant changes via the app or email.
